🎯 Goal
Play scales smoothly up and down without stopping or hesitating. The metronome keeps you honest — every note gets equal time.
📋 How to Use
1
Pick a scale — start with C Major since you know it best.
2
Set BPM to 60 to start. Use − and + buttons or the slider.
3
Press ▶ Play — notes will highlight one by one automatically.
4
Play each highlighted note on your guitar as it lights up. The position hint below shows you which string and fret.
5
The drill goes up then back down automatically. Each full up+down = 1 rep.
📅 Daily Rotation
Day 1 & 2: C Major · Day 3 & 4: A Minor · Day 5: C Major 2 Octaves · Day 6: Weakest one from the week · Day 7: Rest 🎯
📈 Progression
Start at 60 BPM. Once you can play 3 clean reps without a mistake, bump up by 5 BPM. Your goal is to reach 80 BPM on all three scales before moving on.
⏱ Recommended Time
5 minutes daily. That's roughly 6–10 reps depending on BPM. Quality over quantity — slow and clean beats fast and sloppy every time.
